Item 5.03. Amendments to Articles of Incorporation or Bylaws; Change in Fiscal Year.
Effective December 14, 2006, the Board of Directors of the Company amended the bylaws to change the authority of the Finance Committee with respect to approval of capital expenditures related to product programs.
