Ford Motor Credit Company LLC (“Ford Credit”) hereby incorporates by reference the news release of Ford Motor Company (“Ford” or “Company”) dated July 26, 2017 concerning Ford and Ford Credit’s second quarter 2017 financial results, which is furnished as Exhibit 99 hereto.
