Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure
On August 14, 2009, Orleans Homebuilders, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release stating that Michael T. Vesey, its President and Chief Operating Officer, has taken a leave of absence related to an existing medical condition. A copy of the press release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
