Explanation of Responses:

1. The Reporting Persons tendered their shares in the Tender Offer by Paloma VI Merger Sub, Inc., a Delaware corporation and a wholly owned subsidiary of Paloma Partners VI Holdings, LLC, for any and all of the issued and outstanding shares of Goodrich Petroleum Corporation, a Delaware corporation, at a price of US $23.00 per Share in cash, without interest, less any applicable withholding taxes, upon the terms and subject to the conditions set forth in the Offer to Purchase, dated November 24, 2021, and in the related Letter of Transmittal. The Tender Offer expired at 12:00 A.M. midnight, New York City time, on December 23, 2021.
