Item 7.01. Regulation FD Disclosure.
On May 25, 2017, Kyle Ross, Chief Executive Officer of Real Industry, Inc. (the “Company”), and Michael Hobey, Chief Financial Officer, will be presenting at the B. Riley & Co. 18th Annual Investor Conference in Santa Monica, California. This presentation will provide a corporate overview of the Company and developments of the Company during the first quarter of 2017. The investor conference presentation is available on the Company’s website at www.realindustryinc.com, and is attached to this Current Report on Form 8-K as Exhibit 99.1.
