On November 17, 2006, Allis-Chalmers Energy Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing that it has extended the expiration of the exchange offer relating to the Company’s 9.0% Senior Notes due 2014 from 5:00 p.m. (New York City time) on November 22, 2006 to 5:00 p.m. (New York City time) on December 8, 2006.
