Item 5.07. Submission of Matters to a Vote of Security Holders.
On June 17, 2010, Allis-Chalmers Energy Inc. (the “Company”) held its 2010 Annual Meeting of Stockholders. At the meeting, the stockholders elected all nine director nominees and ratified the appointment of UHY LLP as the Company’s independent registered public accounting firm for the fiscal year ending December 31, 2010.
