Item 5.02. Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.
On March 25, 2009, the Board of Directors of GenCorp Inc. (“the Company”) approved an annual base salary increase for Chris W. Conley, the Company’s Vice President, Environmental, Health and Safety. Effective April 1, 2009, Mr. Conley’s base salary of $208,008 will be increased by 3% to $214,248 per annum.
