Item 5.02 Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.
P. H. Glatfelter Company (the “Company”) has announced certain key leadership changes effective July 1, 2020. Joseph J. Zakutney, Vice President, Chief Information Officer & Global Business Services, is leaving to pursue other opportunities. Wolfgang Laures, Senior Vice President, Global Supply Chain, will lead the Information Technology function in addition to his current role. The change is part of the Company’s transformation into a more stable, higher-margin, growth-oriented engineered materials business.
