Annual Meeting of Stockholders
On May 29, 2014, The Goldfield Corporation (the “Company”) held its Annual Meeting of Stockholders (the “Annual Meeting”). At the Annual Meeting, the stockholders approved the following proposals described in the Company's Proxy Statement dated April 28, 2014 and previously filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
