Roberts, his or her true and lawful attorney-in-fact and agent with full powers of substitution and resubstitution, for him or her and in his or her name, place and stead, in any and all capacities, to execute a Registration Statement on Form S-8 to be filed under the Securities Act of 1933 for the registration of (i) 4,000,000 shares of Common Stock of Graco Inc. under the Graco Inc.
