On February 1, 2008, Energy West, Incorporated (the “Company”) implemented a three for two stock split of its common stock. The stock split was effectuated by an amendment to the articles of incorporation of the Company, as amended. The amendment is attached to this current report on Form 8-K as Exhibit 3.1.
