Item 5.03 Amendments to Articles of Incorporation or Bylaws; Change in Fiscal Year.
On December 2, 2015, the Company amended its Code of Regulations (the “Code”) to designate Cleveland, Ohio as its principal office. The Code, as amended, is attached to this current report as Exhibit 3.2.
