Effective as of January 28, 2021, Eric J. Carre, Executive Vice President, Global Business Lines, Lance T. Loeffler, Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, Jeffrey A. Miller, Chairman of the Board, President and Chief Executive Officer, and Joe D. Rainey, President, Eastern Hemisphere, established prearranged trading plans under Rule 10b5-1 of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, as amended.  Any transactions under the plans will be disclosed through Form 4 filings with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
