On December 17, 2007, Helmerich & Payne, Inc. (“Registrant”), Helmerich & Payne International Drilling Co., and Bank of Oklahoma, National Association entered into a First Amendment to First Amended and Restated Credit Agreement which extended the term of the First Amended and Restated Credit Agreement through December 15, 2008.
