On March 6, 2010, Holly Corporation (the “Company”) issued a press release, providing a further update on a previously announced construction fire at its Navajo refinery on March 2, 2010. A copy of the Company’s press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and incorporated in its entirety.
