Item 1.01 Entry into a Material Definitive Agreement.
Pursuant to the Holly Corporation Long-Term Incentive Compensation Plan, Holly Corporation (the “Company”) grants to certain of its employees, including executive officers, performance units. The Company’s current form of agreement for awards of performance units is attached hereto as Exhibit 10.1.
