Remaining transition steps - Recovery of stranded investment Defined mechanism for recovery and securitization of stranded costs and regulatory assets provided for in Texas restructuring law First round of securitization provided for recovery of a portion of our generation- related regulatory assets Successfully completed in October 2001 with the issuance of $749 million of Transition Bonds The 2004 true-up proceeding, which began March 31, 2004 with the company's application filing, sets the stage for the second round of securitization.
