Dine Brands Global, Inc. Announces Fourth Quarter 2021 Dividend

and Intent to Resume Share Repurchases

GLENDALE, Calif., October 29, 2021 – Dine Brands Global, Inc. (NYSE: DIN), the parent company of Applebee’s Neighborhood Grill + Bar^® and IHOP^® restaurants, today announced that its Board of Directors declared and approved a cash dividend of $0.40 per share of common stock for the fourth quarter of 2021. The dividend will be payable on January 7, 2022 to the Company’s stockholders of record at the close of business on December 20, 2021. The Company also announced it intends to resume opportunistic repurchases of its common stock.
