Imperial declares first quarter 2025 dividend

Calgary, AB – January 31, 2025 – Imperial Oil Limited (TSE: IMO, NYSE American: IMO) today declared a quarterly dividend of 72 cents per share on the outstanding common shares of the company, payable on April 1, 2025, to shareholders of record at the close of business on March 5, 2025.

This first quarter 2025 dividend compares with the fourth quarter 2024 dividend of 60 cents per share.
