On April 26, 2019, Rich Kruger, Imperial Oil Limited’s (the “Company”) chairman, president and chief executive officer, gave a presentation at the Company’s annual general meeting in Calgary, Alberta (the “Presentation”) that included an update on the Company’s current operations and major projects.
