Imperial declares third quarter 2021 dividend

Calgary, AB – July 30, 2021 – Imperial Oil Limited (TSE: IMO, NYSE American: IMO) today declared a quarterly dividend of 27 cents per share on the outstanding common shares of the company, payable on October 1, 2021, to shareholders of record at the close of business on September 3, 2021.

This third quarter 2021 dividend compares with the second quarter 2021 dividend of 27 cents per share.
