1. Vesting and settlement of restricted stock units previously granted under the Amended and Restated Tesoro Corporation 2011 Long-Term Incentive Plan.

2. Annual non-employee director restricted stock unit award granted under the Amended and Restated Tesoro Corporation 2011 Long-Term Incentive Plan. The restricted stock units, along with their accrued dividend equivalent rights, will vest on the first anniversary of the grant date.

3. The restricted stock units were granted on May 3, 2016 and vested on the first anniversary of the grant date.
