Item 2.02 Results of Operations and Financial Condition.
On May 12, 2005, the Registrant issued a press release announcing its financial results for the quarter ended May 12, 2005. A copy of the Registrant’s press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report.
Item 8.01 Other Events
On May 12, 2005, the Registrant issued a press release in which the Registrant announced that it had entered into a letter of intent regarding its proposed acquisition by McDonald Bradley Inc., a privately held information technology solutions provider to the government. A copy of the Registrant’s press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report.
