Item 7.01. Regulation FD Disclosure.
On March 31, 2022, IBM announced that it is updating its Software segment to reflect the planned divestiture of its healthcare data and analytics assets, with no change to IBM consolidated results. Exhibit 99.1 to this Form 8-K contains recast historical financial information for the Software segment that the company has posted on its Investor Relations website (www.ibm.com/investor/).
