Item 5.02 Departure of Directors or Principal Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Principal Officers.
The Board of Directors of SoftNet Technology Corp. has finalized the selection process to fill the vacant CEO position. The Board is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr. John Stopper to the position of Chief Executive Officer for the Corporation effective immediately. In addition, Mr. Stopper has been elected to the Board of Directors. Mr. Stopper is a seasoned technology industry veteran with more than 25 years experience profitably growing companies in the high-tech industry.
