On October 31, 2024, International Paper Company (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing its financial results for the fiscal quarter ended September 30, 2024. The Company will hold a webcast and conference call today to discuss results for the quarter ended September 30, 2024. Attached as Exhibit 99.1 and incorporated herein by reference is a copy of the press release.
