Item 9. Regulation FD Disclosure. The Company today issued a press release that announced that that Bill Graves, President and Chief Executive Officer of the American Trucking Association ("ATA"), has joined ISC's Board of Directors. Graves recently completed 22 years of public service in the state of Kansas, highlighted by two terms as Governor of Kansas. A copy of the release is attached as an exhibit.
