Item 9. Regulation FD Disclosure. The Company issued a press release on May 14, 2004 which announced that it was to acquire Martinsville Speedway, settlement had been reached in the Ferko/Vaughn litigation, North Carolina (Rockingham) was to be sold, several other date realignments and the addition of a second NASCAR NEXTEL Cup race at Phoenix. A copy of the release is furnished to the Commission as an exhibit to this report.
