On March 17, 2020, Suzanne Nora Johnson, a member of the Board of Directors of American International Group, Inc. (“AIG”), notified AIG of her decision not to stand for re-election at AIG’s 2020 Annual Meeting of Shareholders. Ms. Nora Johnson did not cite any disagreement on any matter relating to AIG’s operations, policies or practices.
