Explanation of Responses:

1. The Sign-on Restricted Stock Units ("RSUs") will vest as follows: 31,525 RSUs will vest on December 1, 2024; 17,339 RSUs will vest on April 1, 2025; and 19,704 RSUs will vest on April 1, 2026, subject to the reporting person's continued employment through each applicable vesting date, and settle in shares of AIG Common Stock on a 1-to-1 basis.

2. The Transition RSUs will vest on December 11, 2026, subject to the reporting person's continued employment through the vesting date, and settle in shares of AIG Common Stock on a 1-to-1 basis.
