WESTAR ENERGY, INC.
Item 1.01. Entry into a Definitive Agreement
On August 6, 2015, we entered a definitive Stipulation and Agreement agreed to by all parties to our Kansas retail rate case. The settlement provides for a $78 million annual revenue increase and addresses certain other issues. The settlement, which is attached as Exhibit 99.1 and incorporated herein, is subject to approval by the Kansas Corporation Commission.
