| (b) | On November 14, 2013, Kimberly-Clark Corporation (the "Corporation") announced that Robert E. Abernathy's title will be changed from Group President - Europe, Global Nonwovens, and Continuous Improvement & Sustainability to Executive Vice President, effective November 18, 2013. |
On November 14, 2013, the Corporation issued a press release announcing that its board of directors has authorized management to pursue a potential tax-free spin-off of the Corporation's health care business. A copy of the Corporation's press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 and incorporated herein by reference.
