| Item 1.01 | Entry into a Material Definitive Agreement. |
On August 15, 2019, Kulicke and Soffa Industries, Inc. (the “Company”), and Kulicke and Soffa Pte Ltd., the Company’s wholly owned subsidiary (the “Subsidiary”), entered into a supplemental letter agreement with MUFG Bank, Ltd., Singapore Branch (the “Bank”), to effect an amendment to the terms of the credit facilities with the Bank. The supplemental letter agreement increases the overdraft facility from an overdraft amount up to US $100,000,000 to an overdraft amount up to US $150,000,000. Except as modified by the supplemental letter agreement, all terms and conditions of the credit facilities with the Bank remain in full force and effect.

As described in Item 1.01 of this Current Report on Form 8-K, the Company and the Subsidiary have agreed to increase the overdraft facility with the Bank, and the information in Item 1.01 above is hereby incorporated by reference into this Item 2.03.
