On August 4, 2011, Lancaster Colony Corporation issued a press release announcing the timing of its webcast and conference call related to the fiscal year and fourth quarter 2011 financial results and also announcing that its annual meeting will be held on Monday, November 21, 2011 in the Lilac meeting room at The Hilton Columbus at Easton, 3900 Chagrin Drive, Columbus, OH 43219 at 11:00 a.m. with a record date of Friday, September 23, 2011 for notice and voting at the meeting. The press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1.
