Item 2.02 Results of Operations and Financial Condition.
On February 13, 2017, Snyder’s-Lance, Inc. (the “Company”) conducted a conference call during which its financial results for its fourth quarter and full-year ended December 31, 2016 were presented. A full transcriptof the conference call (the “Transcript”) is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K.
The Transcriptcontains certain non-GAAP financial measures.A reconciliation of GAAP results and non-GAAP financial measures is available in the Company’s earnings release and slide presentation dated February 13, 2017, both of which are posted on the Company’s website, and the earnings release was included as Exhibit 99.1 to the Company’s Current Report on Form 8-K filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission on February 13, 2017.
