On April 26, 2007, the stockholders of Lance, Inc. (the “Company”) approved the Lance, Inc. 2007 Key Employee Incentive Plan (the “Plan”). A summary description of the Plan is set forth on pages 38 through 43 of the Company’s Proxy Statement for its Annual Meeting of Stockholders held on April 26, 2007, which description is incorporated herein by reference. Such description is qualified in its entirety by reference to the complete terms and conditions of the Plan, a copy of which is filed herewith as Exhibit 10.1.
On April 30, 2007, the Company issued a press release announcing the results from its 2007 Annual Meeting of Stockholders. A copy of the press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 hereto and incorporated herein by reference.
