Item 2.02. RESULTS OF OPERATIONS AND FINANCIAL CONDITION.
On February 11, 2013, American Science and Engineering, Inc. issued a press release announcing financial results for the third quarter of fiscal year 2013. A copy of the Press Release issued on February 11, 2013 regarding those results is submitted herewith as Exhibit 99.1.
