Enhancing Shareholder Value On December 1, 2014, the Company approved an expansion of the stock repurchase authorization from $35.0 million to $50.0 million In Q3 the Company repurchased 383,500 shares of common stock for $18.8 million at an average cost of $49.02 per share.
