Explanation of Responses:

1. The original Form 4, filed on Friday, April 1, 2022, is being amended to correct an entry in Table I, Column 4 from "A" to "D" related to the sale, which occurred on March 31, 2022, by the reporting person of 10,000 shares of the issuer's common stock.

2. The price reported in Column 4 is a weighted average price. These shares were sold in multiple transactions at prices ranging from $12.24 to $12.37, inclusive. The reporting person undertakes to provide to the issuer, any security holder of the issuer, or the staff of the Securities and Exchange Commission, upon request, full information regarding the number of shares sold at each separate price within the ranges set forth in this footnote.
