ITEM 2.02 RESULTS OF OPERATIONS AND FINANCIAL CONDITION.
On March 24, 2008, China Display Technologies, Inc. (the “Company”) announced its financial results for the quarterly period and fiscal year ended December 31, 2007 and certain other information. A copy of the Company’s press release announcing these financial results and certain other information is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.
