On May 13, 2022, American Vanguard Corporation (“Registrant”) disclosed a presentation regarding a contested proxy solicitation in connection with with the Registrant’s 2022 Annual Meeting of Stockholders (the “2022 Annual Meeting”). The presentation is set forth in Exhibit 99.5 and is incorporated herein by reference.
