NASHVILLE, Tenn. (October 28, 2022) – LP Building Solutions ("LP") (NYSE: LPX) today announced that its Board of Directors has declared a quarterly cash dividend to common stockholders of $0.22 per share. The dividend will be payable December 1, 2022, to stockholders of record as of November 9, 2022.
