On August 4, 2011, during an investor conference call held to discuss the financial results of The LGL Group, Inc. (the “Company”) for the quarter ended June 30, 2011, the Company provided limited guidance for its full year 2011 results. To clarify these statements, the Company achieved first and second quarter 2011 EBITDA of approximately 6.6% and 8% of revenues. The Company expects that its results for the first half of the year generally will be indicative of its results for the second half of the year.
