On December 1, 2020, Tellurian Inc. (the “Company”) received a letter from the Listing Qualifications department of the Nasdaq Stock Market (“Nasdaq”) indicating that the Company has regained compliance with Nasdaq Listing Rule 5550(a)(2), which requires that listed securities maintain a minimum bid price of at least $1.00 per share. The shares of common stock of the Company have maintained a closing bid price of at least $1.00 per share for at least 10 consecutive business days. Accordingly, the Company has regained compliance with Nasdaq Listing Rule 5550(a)(2), and Nasdaq considers the prior bid price deficiency matter now closed.
