Merger: Tellurian Investments and Magellan Petroleum (Ticker: MPET) closed a reverse subsidiary merger on February 10, 2017. The transaction is structured as a tax free equity exchange, where Tellurian shareholders are majority owners of the combined entity. Company renamed Tellurian Inc and ticker became NASDAQ: TELL.
