On July 20, 2021, The Manitowoc Company, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing that the Company has entered into a definitive agreement to acquire the crane business of H&E Equipment Services, Inc. A copy of the press release is filed as Exhibit 99 and is incorporated herein by reference.
