On June 11, 2010, Mercer (US) Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of Marsh & McLennan Companies, Inc., issued a press release announcing that it has resolved litigation brought by the Alaska Retirement Management Board on behalf of two Alaska benefit plans. A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
