As disclosed in its Quarterly Report on Form 10-Q for the quarterly period ended June 30, 2009, during such period Marsh & McLennan Companies, Inc. (“MMC”) classified Kroll Government Services (“KGS”), a subsidiary of Kroll, as a discontinued operation.
