ITEM 2.02 RESULTS OF OPERATIONS AND FINANCIAL CONDITION
On January 24, 2006, Analysts International Corporation issued a press release updating its guidance for the fourth quarter of 2005 and setting a date for its earnings conference call for the fourth quarter and fiscal year 2005.
